Julia + Phil

I'm not sure there is anything better than witnessing the love of the people you love. I had an awesome full dose of that this weekend in Brooklyn. Engagement party, baking session, a bit of shopping. Lots of people asking me the same, sweet question: "When are you moving here?" A quiet, home-made dinner with my girlfriends was soft and warm and one of my favorite things ever. I also got to hang out with my newly-engaged pals on a crisp morning under the bridge and take some photos.

To have had Julia and Phil in my life for so many years feels like I won some kind of magical friend lottery. I've taken a lot of shots of these two beautiful faces, together and individually. But these are Official with a capital "O". They're getting married. (And let me tell you, it's going to be a great bash.)
